General Information
The exclusive trainings to become a Certified Polebatics Dancer or
Instructor will take eight (Dancer) or ten (Instructor) days respectively and will include
six (Dancer) or eight (Trainer) hours of training in theory and practice every day.
NOTE: The training to become an Instructor includes the Dancer!
The well-structured Polebatics concept focuses on an aesthetic and
ergonomic performance of the different Polebatics moves. Nele Sehrt,
founder of pole dancing for the fitness-sector in Germany and
current holder of two Guinness World Records on the pole was able – thanks to her exam in dance pedagogy and her
long experience in teaching professional striptease dancers and
beginners - to design a training concept which satisfies the high
demands of both professional dancers and people from the fitness
sector. The Polebatics training professionally conveys technical,
practical and dance-theoretical knowledge and therefore optimally
prepares the participants for their future activity.
After their successful participation, participants are able to dance
(Polebatics Dancer) and/or teach (Polebatics Instructor) beautiful and
diversified pole dance routines in their respective levels of
difficulty (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Contents of the Training
For each level of difficulty (Bronze, Silver, Gold) there are over a
100 original pole moves! Every participant obtains an extensive
manual for the respective level of difficulty (Moves Catalogue or
Instructor Manual respectively).

Participants’ Feedback

The Polebatics concept by Nele really is unique! I have never
experienced such a professional and methodologically structured
training. Not only is it a pleasure to watch Nele dance and teach –
at the beginning I would never have thought that at the end of the
training I’d be able to dance all these wonderful moves myself and I
am extremely proud to have reached this goal! Although the training
is exhausting and does not go without sore muscles and bruises I can
highly recommend it to all pole dancing fans!

I have worked as a
professional striptease dancer myself and I had been looking for a
professional trainer who could teach me some original pole tricks
for years. After many disappointments I was really happy to meet
Nele – finally there is a professional and motivating trainer in the
german-speaking region as well. In my opinion the Polebatics concept
belongs to the top of pole dancing.I am proud to be part of it and
to be able to show people what pole dancing is really about!

I’d never have thought
that pole dancing would be that exhausting! What looks easy and
elegant is hard work indeed – I had to learn this right at the
beginning of the training. The feeling is all the greater when you
manage to do one pole trick after the other due to helpful tips and
professional corrections and see the result in the mirror. The
headfirst positions cost me quite an effort at the beginning and I
cursed at Nele more than once. :-) However: Reaching the goal gives
you an incredible feeling - just fantastic!

At the beginning I was
worried that pole dancing might be too insinuating – the
participation in a workshop, however, convinced me: Polebatics is
damn sexy but never vulgar! :-) Training was hard, but due to Nele’s
open-mindedness we had a lot to laugh about as well. Now I have to
practice more, so I can reach the next level soon. I also really
liked the elaborate moves catalogue that you get during the
training. Now I can look up the moves at home anytime and correct
myself.
