Our workshops may take place in the rooms of exclusive
striptease-clubs (not during opening hours!).
General Information
Get to know Polebatics in a unique and amazing workshop! Here you
will learn to dance the famous acrobatics on the pole like the
strip-pros – naturally, without taking your clothes off. The
Polebatics moves are feminine and sexy, but above all acrobatic and
very exhausting. The focus is not only on dancing with and around
the pole: The acrobatic poses in which the body is held in the air
only by the strength of your arms and legs are just as important.
You are sure to feel your muscles the next day – guaranteed. The
Polebatics Basic-Class includes – after warm up, strengthening- and
stretching exercises – the dance around the pole, climbings and
pole-poses, so that untrained participants will also get their
money’s worth.

In order to ensure a high-quality workshop, which guarantees a high
learning success, our workshops are only offered to small groups.
Workshop times can alter; this does not interfere with other
workshops taking place at the same place and on the same date.
Secure yourself one of the highly demanded places as quickly as
possible! After a warm up and different strengthening- and
stretching exercises, the workshop will introduce you to the
Polebatics moves. In small changing groups you’ll learn several
routines and poletricks. Do not miss out on this unique experience!
NOTE: The reduced price in brackets is intended for students,
trainees and apprentices. Photography and film as well as other
forms of note taking are not allowed. In this regard, please also
note our general terms and conditions.
The workshops are not an instructor
certification!
Requirements
Our Bronze-workshops level 1+2 are suitable for people who have no or only
little pole dancing experience. Strength and flexibility are no
requirements for these workshops – you just need to be curious and
in for a good time. Trained people coming from other sports and
having little or no pole dancing experience will also get their
money’s worth.

It’s tons of fun to move erotically around the pole. You learn many
acrobatic elements that look great but are unbelievably exhausting.
If you didn’t feel comfortable with the acrobatic exercises you
could easily make up for it by doing the routine around the pole.

Everything was great: The nice atmosphere and also the different

I’m dying. I cannot even get dressed
without whining. :-) And I went to the office without make up today,
because I couldn’t lift my arms up this morning. But I carry the
pigeon egg-sized bruise on my right hip bone with pride! I will
participate in the next workshop for sure – fantastic!

Polebatics offers, well explained, both simple and more difficult
exercises on the pole. While doing it, one reaches one’s own limits
and finds out where one has to work on oneself. You think it’s much
easier than it is in reality. See you next time – I’ll be there!
